Sapphire inspection plates

We design and manufacture sapphire inspection plates in standard or custom shapes. The plates can be solid or feature holes for inserting parts to be inspected.

Sapphire offers the advantage of a transparent inspection surface with excellent scratch resistance.

Square-hole plates

Set of 5 sapphire inspection plates mounted on anodized aluminum frames. Each plate includes between 5 and 8 rows of 5 through holes.

• Plates 1 to 4 cover diameters from 0.30 mm to 1.55 mm in 0.05 mm increments.
• Plate 5 covers diameters from 1.60 mm to 2.00 mm in 0.10 mm increments.

Circular-hole plate

Plate with two concentric rows of through holes, covering diameters from 0.30 mm to 2.00 mm:

• Inner circle: 0.30 mm to 1.00 mm in 0.05 mm steps.
• Outer circle: 1.05 mm to 1.50 mm in 0.05 mm steps, then 1.60 mm to 2.00 mm in 0.10 mm steps.
